By accessing or using the services provided by Clean Scope NZ Ltd (“Clean Scope,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms govern your use of the Clean Scope website, and any related services provided.
Services
Clean Scope provides cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include, but are not limited to, general cleaning, deep cleaning, carpet cleaning, carpet shampoo, end of tenancy cleaning, home cleaning, school cleaning, move in & move out cleaning, final construction cleaning, end construction cleaning, and window cleaning. The availability of specific services may vary depending on your location.
Booking and Payment
To request a service, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information through our website or by contacting our customer service. Once your booking is confirmed, you agree to pay the agreed-upon fee for the service after the completion of the job or as per the invoice due date. we only accept Nz bank transfers and cash.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. Clean Scope reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution.
Service Guarantee
Clean Scope strives to provide high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service received, please contact us within 24 hours of the service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and rectify any issues.
Liability
Clean Scope shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. We do not assume responsibility for any damages to personal property or items during the cleaning process.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Clean Scope, including logos, trademarks, and website content, are the property of Clean Scope NZ Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.
Privacy

Termination
