Services Offered
Clean Scope NZ Limited provides both commercial and residential cleaning services to our clients. Our services include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and specialized cleaning services as requested by the client. We aim to provide a thorough and efficient service that meets the needs and expectations of our clients.
Booking Process
Clients may book our services through our website or by contacting us directly through email or phone. Once a booking has been made, we will confirm the date and time of the service. If for any reason, the client needs to reschedule or cancel the booking, we request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Payment
Payment for our cleaning services is due upon completion of the job. for residential cleaning clients or the next day in some cases. For commercial cleaning clients we will send weekly, fortnightly, or monthly invoices whichever is agreed upon signing the contract. We accept Cash & Nz Bank transfers. The payment must be done on or before the due dates. otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a fee to cover any expenses we incur. We reserve the right to withhold services until payment is received.
Access to Property
If the client will not be present during the cleaning service, they must provide a key or means of entry to the property. We take the responsibility of safeguarding the client’s keys, alarm codes, and any other access information very seriously. We take all necessary precautions to ensure the security of your property and belongings.
Unsatisfied with our Service: If you are not satisfied with our residential cleaning services, please notify us within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment. We will send our team to rectify any issues and ensure your satisfaction. For commercial cleaning clients: Please notify us the same day or the next of the cleaning so that our cleaning inspector will inspect and ensure your satisfaction.
